Shahbaz Ali Zafar

Shahbaz Ali Zafar has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Head of IT at Raaziq International PVT LTD since February 2019, with expertise in ISO 27001 and ISO 20000, service improvement planning, and cloud solutions. Previously, Shahbaz held the position of Director at SAS Tactical Systems Intl, focusing on project design, pre-sales, and training in O365, while managing partnerships with major tech companies. Experience also includes leading the IT department at QualityAim, conducting ISO audits and training, and serving as Head of iSystems at Interactive Group, where coordination and solution design were key responsibilities. Shahbaz's career commenced as a Systems Engineer/Trainer at Logis Institute, and educational qualifications include a Master’s in Computer Science from Preston Institute of Management Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from FC College.
