Jake Koch

Jake Koch is a seasoned professional in outdoor recreation and customer service, currently serving as a Dealer Services Representative at Rab since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jake worked as a Customer Service Representative at Exxel Outdoors for a brief period and held multiple positions at Philmont Scout Ranch over several years, including Assistant Manager and lead buyer at the award-winning Tooth of Time Traders. Jake's extensive experience includes leadership roles as Camp Director and Adventure Guide, where responsibilities involved overseeing staff and facilitating various outdoor programs focused on safety and skills development. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Recreation and Urban Forestry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
