Howard Holland

Howard Holland has extensive experience in the transportation industry, currently serving as Vice President at Raba Kistner, Inc. Previously, Howard held the position of Director of Maintenance Division at the Texas Department of Transportation. With a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University, Holland has demonstrated senior leadership in managing large-scale roadway transportation systems and assets.
