Erica Rothblum has several years of experience in educational leadership. Erica began their career as the Head of School at Beth Hillel Day School in 2008 and held this position until 2014. In 2014, they joined the Rabbi Jacob Pressman Academy of Temple Beth Am as the Head of School, a position they currently hold.
Erica Rothblum completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies at Barnard College from 1997 to 2001. Erica then pursued a Master of Arts in Education at Loyola Marymount University from 2001 to 2003. Later, Erica earned an EdD degree from UCLA in an unspecified field of study and completed their education in 2008.

Pressman Academy is an innovative and engaging learning environment dedicated to developing minds, nurturing hearts and instilling Jewish values. Located in the Pico-Robertson area of Los Angeles, and with approximately 500 students in ECC through eighth grade, Pressman Academy is known for its Blue Ribbon academics, Hebrew immersion, visual and performing arts, and for its haimish value system.
