Lobna Hatem Attia

Lobna Hatem Attia has extensive work experience in the digital and technology sector. Lobna began their career with DMG (DMG Group) in 2015 as a CRM Trainee. In 2016, they joined Vodafone as a Digital Architect Specialist and Product Owner. In this role, they were responsible for translating customer requirements into flows of interfaces compliant with Vodafone group common service model and Telecom OpenAPI standard consistency across API portfolio with offering secure and maintainable matter. Additionally, they were the product owner for Common Service Model (CSM) squad, working to agile principles and responsible for the definition of user stories from the capability/feature roadmap, prioritization and delivery of the backlog. Lobna also developed detailed solution/service designs, based on the functional specifications to meet quality and performance requirements and technical constraints. In 2021, they joined Rabbit as a Business Architect.

Lobna Hatem Attia received their Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from The German University in Cairo in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Integrated Thebes International School, where they obtained a National Certificate in 2012. Lobna also holds several certifications, including Professional Business Value Analysis ICP-BVA from ICAgile (obtained in April 2019), TMForum Vodafone API Practioner from TM Forum (obtained in June 2018), SAP Application Associate CRM Fundamentals with SAP CRM 7.0 from SAP (obtained in December 2016), SAP Application Associate Business Foundation & Integration with SAP ERP 6.07 from SAP (obtained in February 2016), and SAP Associate Project Manager with SAP ERP 6.07 from SAP (obtained in February 2016).
