Jason Elley

Jason Elley is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in corporate leasing and brokerage. Since June 2015, Jason has been with Rabie Property Group (Pty) Ltd, serving as a Corporate Leasing | Broker Liaison. Prior to this role, Jason founded Commercial Space in March 2004, specializing in commercial property transactions, including offices, industrial warehouses, and retail properties. From 2004 to 2009, Jason worked as a Senior Broker at Colliers | Chelsea Manhattan, where responsibilities included due diligence, market analysis, lead development, and contract negotiations. Notable achievements include the relocation of Gestetner's Cape Town offices and the sale of significant properties such as the Simonstown Boardwalk Centre and land for a training facility for Gold Circle. Jason is an alumnus of Kingswood College in Grahamstown.
