Michael Watson

Michael Watson is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the property development sector. Currently, Michael holds a Project Manager position at Rabie Property Group (Pty) Ltd since March 2024, following a successful tenure as Project Manager at Blok from May 2021 to February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Ausbuild from April 2017 to March 2020 and Assistant Development Manager at Lemay ZA between June 2015 and December 2016. Michael began a career in sales as a Sales Executive at The High Street Auction Co and participated in a graduate program at Grindrod. Michael obtained a B.Sc in Property Studies and a subsequent Honours degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Cape Town, as well as a National Senior Certificate from Hilton College.
