Belinda Castine

Belinda Castine is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in culture, talent, and people development. Currently serving as the Head of Culture, Talent and People Development at Rabobank Australia since July 2023, Belinda has held significant roles at Link Group as Head of People Capability and Culture, and at Stockland as General Manager of Human Resources. Previous positions include leadership roles in human resources at Chartis Asia Pacific and AIG, as well as key positions at Allco Finance Group and Qantas. Belinda began their career at Accenture, where Belinda advanced to Senior Manager. Belinda's educational background includes studies at Canberra College of Advanced Education.
