Kate Facy

Kate Facy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in relationship management and agribusiness. Currently serving as the Head of Relationship Management and Senior Rural Manager at Rabobank Australia since April 2021, Kate previously held the role of Agribusiness Executive at Commonwealth Bank of Australia from June 2010 to March 2021, where management of a diverse portfolio of agribusiness clients was a key responsibility. In addition to their corporate roles, Kate has contributed to the Stand Like Stone Foundation as Deputy Chairman since December 2017, promoting community development. Earlier in their career, Kate coordinated training and mentoring programs for rural women as Project Coordinator for Women in Business and Regional Development Limestone Coast and supported GP recruitment and retention as Workforce Coordinator for Limestone Coast Division of General Practice. Educational qualifications include completion of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Deakin University, and an Advanced Diploma of Agribusiness from the University of Sydney Orange.
