Anouk Haenen

Anouk Haenen is a highly experienced leader in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Life Event Journeys at Rabobank since September 2016. In this role, Anouk oversees the design and implementation of impactful consumer experiences during significant life events, leading over 15 DevOps teams and empowering 150 professionals to innovate across various channels. Previous roles at Rabobank include Business Manager for Digital Platform & Customer Processes and Corporate Strategy Advisor, where Anouk contributed to strategic initiatives and performance management. Anouk began their career as a Global Trainee at Rabobank and has also gained experience as a Graduate Research Intern at CZ and as an Agent in a marketing communication contact center at Synpact. Anouk is currently pursuing the Chief Digital Officer Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
