Caroline Henricus

Caroline Henricus currently serves as the Head Syndicated Loans Agency at Rabobank, overseeing portfolio management and operations within the Global Service Centre since September 2020. Previously, Caroline held various leadership roles at Rabobank from June 2008 to May 2018, including Head In Control for Continuous Improvement & Service Delivery and temporary Head of the Syndicated Loans Agency Desk. Caroline’s extensive experience encompasses regional management of banking operations in Australia and New Zealand, as well as senior leadership in client services and rural banking operations. Prior roles include mortgage brokering at Southern Cross Home Lending and lending management positions at Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie Group, and National Australia Bank. Caroline is an alumna of the University of Technology Sydney.
