Cosmin Broasca

Cosmin Broasca serves as the Privacy Lead at Rabobank since June 2001, contributing to initiatives like the COVID-19 response and enhancing community networking within the organization. Broasca has extensive experience in security management and risk governance across IT infrastructure and wholesale systems, previously holding roles such as Business Partner Security, Risk and BCM, Information Security Officer, Security Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to Rabobank, Broasca volunteered with Amnesty International Geldermalsen and worked at Pharmacia as a Systems Integrator and at Oriflame International as a Global Network Manager. Broasca holds a Master of Laws in Privacy, Cybersecurity, Data Management, and Leadership from Maastricht University, a BA in International Affairs and Economics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and a certification as a Data Protection Officer from Maastricht University.
