Eline Kajim

Eline Kajim is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Certification at Acorn, a position held since October 2018, where innovative business models are implemented to support smallholder farmers in transitioning to regenerative agroforestry practices. Prior roles include Innovation & Change Manager in the Wholesale and Rural sector, as well as various positions during the Rabo Global Trainee program. Eline's earlier experience includes a role as a Business Consultant at MASSOEBA, focusing on blockchain strategies for organizations. Eline holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Change Management from the University of Groningen, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality and Business Management from Hotelschool The Hague.
