Gerco Maasbach

Gerco Maasbach is a Customer Decisioning Analyst in Customer Engagement at Rabobank since February 2019, responsible for optimizing marketing communications through targeted customer selections. Prior experience includes roles as an Operations Professional focused on customer and process communication, and a Traffic Manager for Communication Services at Wageningen University & Research, where project coordination and communication advising were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Gerco worked in various communication and customer service roles, including as a Junior Gastheer at Efteling and a Communication Officer at M&P Communicatie. Gerco holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Science from Radboud University and completed VWO in Economics and Society at RSG Lingecollege.
