Helga Vigh is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Data Foundation Risk & Finance Tech (SVP) at Rabobank since September 2005. Helga leads a 250-member tech unit through significant transformations, focusing on the strategic global Risk & Finance Data platform and driving GenAI adoption while impacting 1500 employees. Previous roles at Rabobank include Head of Insurance & Pension Tech and Global Head of Corporate Banking Applications, where Helga managed large IT teams and spearheaded digital transformations. Before joining Rabobank, Helga worked at Accenture as a Business Consultant, providing solutions to leading organizations in various industries. Educational achievements include an Advanced IT - Digital Innovation degree from Nyenrode Business University and an M.Sc. in Economics and a cum laude MA in International Relations.
