Janine Vos

Janine Vos is a seasoned HR leader, currently serving as a Managing Board Member and CHRO at Rabobank Groep since August 2016. In addition to this role, Janine Vos is a member of the Supervisory Board at UNICEF and KLM, positions held since April 2024 and April 2019, respectively. Previously, Janine Vos was the Chief HR Officer at KPN from January 2011 to August 2016, overseeing all HR activities to support KPN's customer-centric strategy in a rapidly changing telecom landscape. Other significant roles at KPN included VP HR for Business Market & IT Solutions, Mobile & International, and HR Director for the Consumer Market. Janine Vos also served as HR Director at Telfort and held various managerial positions at KPN, including HR Manager roles in Sales and Mobile divisions. Janine Vos holds a Master's degree in Dutch Law and Labor Law from Utrecht University and additional education from the University of Michigan.
