Jolene Janzen

Jolene Janzen is a highly experienced professional currently serving as Senior Manager for COO Risk & Compliance at Rabobank since May 2022. Prior roles include Head of Operational Risk for the Consumer Segment and Head of Risk & Compliance for Private Wealth at First National Bank South Africa, along with various positions at FirstRand Bank Limited, Monocle Solutions, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jolene holds a Master of Commerce in Risk Management and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Risk Management, both from North-West University, complemented by a B.Sc. in Business Mathematics and Informatics. Additional training includes an Operational Risk Workshop in London and courses from Aveta Business Institute and Discon Specialists.
