Kaisa Kapanen

Kaisa Kapanen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as a Senior Program Management Officer at Rabobank since July 2019, focusing on identity and access management and leading the global IBOR Transition Program. Previously, Kaisa worked as a Change Management Consultant at Yacht, where assignments included the PMO for Risk Analytics at Rabobank. The entrepreneurial journey includes founding Reconnect Finland Ltd., managing a beach resort and offering yoga and diving packages. Kaisa has held various roles in the banking sector, including a Business Consultant at Tieto and a Program Officer at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., contributing to significant projects involving online banking services and organizational separation.
