Leon Pals

Leon Pals is a Validation Expert and Product Owner at Rabobank since March 2022, focusing on validating value propositions in the Carbon Bank, Energy Transition, and Consumer departments. Additionally, Leon serves as a Validation Expert at expx and is the Founder of Startup Foundation, which connects founders for knowledge sharing. As the Founder and Operator of Progress Bar, Leon aims to provide resources and programming for goal achievement. Leon also holds roles such as Startup Trainer & Coach at UtrechtInc and previously at YES!Delft, and has been a Startup/Validation Expert for the European Commission since October 2019. Membership in the SXSW Accelerator Advisory Board allows Leon to scout and assess startups for the SXSW festival. Other notable experiences include serving as an Ambassador for PIRATE.global and as a Facilitator for Startup Extreme. Leon's educational background includes studies at Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam and Hotelschool Bergen op Zoom.
