Louise Beune

Louise Beune is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner Operations Retail NL and Behavioral Scientist at Rabobank since October 2022. In this role, Louise develops interventions and HR products to promote desired behavior, supports implementation and effect monitoring, and advises on relevant policies for behavior change. Prior to Rabobank, Louise worked as an HR Advisor at Love Stories, managing full-cycle recruitment, absenteeism, and payroll for multiple countries, and also gained experience at TU Delft as a graduate intern focusing on health safety. With a solid educational background, including a Master's in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and certifications in behavior change, Louise combines practical HR skills with academic expertise to contribute effectively in diverse organizational settings.
