Pascale de Boer

Pascale de Boer is an experienced professional in Human Resources, currently serving as the interim Knowledge & Content Manager HR at Rabobank since March 2019. Prior to this role, Pascale worked as a Trainee at UWV from November 2017 to March 2019. Pascale's educational background includes a degree in Human Resource Management from Fontys Hogescholen, completed in 2015, and earlier studies at ROC Nijmegen. Notably, during the internship at RIVM National Institute for Public Health and the Environment, Pascale conducted research on trust in collaboration and developed ideas for the staff association.
