Carbon Business Development Senior Manager

Roberto Strumpf is a biologist with a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Sydney, obtained in 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of São Paulo, completed in 2005. They began their career as a CDM project developer and later served as the Environmental Director and founding partner of the NGO Iniciativa Verde, coordinating GHG emissions offsetting projects. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at the Center for Sustainability Studies of the Getulio Vargas Foundation as a Project Coordinator, focusing on climate change and ecosystem services. In 2012, they founded Pangea Capital, a consultancy specializing in natural capital accounting, and transitioned to BMO Radicle in 2020 as the Director of the Brazil Office. In 2024, they took on a new role as the Carbon Business Development Senior Manager at Rabobank, managing Carbon Bank projects in Brazil.
