Roel Borkes has extensive experience in agile methodologies and financial services, currently serving as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Rabobank since May 2007, where responsibilities include supporting multiple squads focused on credit analytics, stress testing, and reporting. Borkes has also managed project finance squads dedicated to developing credit risk models for sustainable energy financing. Prior to Rabobank, Borkes worked at SAP as a BW consultant, at Philips DAP as a BI Consultant, and at Arc Adviesgroep as an Account Manager in insurance and financial planning. Early career experience includes a finance role at Nomura Bank International PLC. Education was completed at St. Vituscollege between 1978 and 1984.
