Shelley Oor

Shelley Oor is a seasoned professional in strategic consulting and operational management with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Wholesale Strategy Consultant at Rabobank since August 2025, Shelley previously held the position of Senior Manager and then Manager of Strategy and Operations in Financial Services at KPMG Nederland from June 2022 to July 2025.
