Tom Ybema

Tom Ybema is a seasoned business manager at Rabobank, serving as Business Manager Chief Product Officer Retail NL since April 2018. With a strong background in managing payments and lending products, Tom has held various roles including Business Manager for Tribe Payments and Lead Product Owner for the Rabo ZZP Rekening. Tom has also contributed to Rabobank's Agile transformation as a Product Owner during the IT Traineeship and has experience as a Business Analyst focused on payments sales architecture. Prior to Rabobank, Tom interned at PwC Nederland in Risk Assurance and Atos in Project Management.
