Maksim Gorshunov

Maksim Gorshunov has worked as the Head of Product at Rabota.ru since June 2022. Rabota.ru is a service that provides automation for companies and a platform for finding workers. The service operates in two directions: B2B and B2C. Prior to this role, they also held the position of Head of Product at SberPodbor, a CRM system for recruiters, from December 2019.

Before joining Rabota.ru, Maksim worked at Raiffeisen Bank Russia as a Senior Product Manager from March 2018 to December 2019. Maksim was responsible for the process of opening accounts for businesses and customer service in cities without branches. Maksim managed a team involved in product development, system analysis, mobile development, and design.

Furthermore, Maksim worked at AK BARS BANK as a Manager in the Project Office from April 2016 to October 2017. Maksim was in charge of piloting potential products for scalability within the bank. Maksim led the project and formed individual teams for each project.

Maksim Gorshunov pursued their higher education at the Higher School of Economics. Maksim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from 2009 to 2013, followed by a Master's degree in the same field from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they completed the course "Training of a Product Analyst" offered by GoPractice in May 2019.
