Rachel Ingel-Champion

Rachel Ingel-Champion, Ph.D., MBA, serves as the Founder and Principal of LūmaGo, a human-centered coaching and consulting practice, since June 2023. Ingel-Champion also acts as an Executive Coach at RAC Leadership and is a Board member for 6453 ALUMNI, a network of former Nike employees and sponsored athletes. Additionally, Ingel-Champion holds an adjunct professor role at Alliant International University in the Organizational Psychology doctoral program. Prior experience includes notable roles at Nike as Senior Director in various capacities related to Global Talent Practices and Organization Effectiveness, leadership positions at Columbia Sportswear Company and Warner Bros. Entertainment, and management experience in marketing and athlete management at Boost Mobile. Ingel-Champion holds a Ph.D. and MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor's degree from UC Irvine.
