Yuriy Merezhka

Yuriy Merezhka is an experienced Project Manager and Team Lead with a focus on establishing PM standards and developing knowledge management processes within Raccoon Gang since June 2019. With skills in mentorship, coaching, and adapting project management approaches, Yuriy has successfully led diverse project teams in various international contexts. Prior experience at Gameloft involved managing software development lifecycles, requirements analysis, and incorporating agile principles, alongside work as a Reporting Specialist. Earlier roles in finance and social services showcased expertise in claims analysis, financial reporting, and operational improvements. Yuriy holds a Master's degree in Management of Organization and Administration from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
