Natalia Tumanova

Natalia Tumanova has a diverse work experience. Natalia started their career as a Lecturer of Foreign Languages (English) at Vinnytsya State Agrarian University in 2012 and continued in this role until 2016. Natalia then worked as a Lecturer of Foreign Languages (English) at Donetsk National University from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Natalia joined Raccoon LLC, where they initially served as a Human Resources Manager. Their responsibilities in this role included developing and implementing HR projects, personnel development programs, motivation systems, and maintaining personnel records. In June 2021, they transitioned to the role of VP, Head of Key Accounts and Client Relationships at Raccoon LLC.

Natalia Tumanova obtained their Master's degree in Linguistics from National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, where they studied from 2005 to 2011.
