Terry Nielsen

Terry Nielsen has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Terry began their career at Washington State Bank in 1997 as a Vice President and held that role until 2005. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at Shelby County State Bank as EVP & CLO. In 2012, they became the President/CEO of Raccoon Valley Bank. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of President at Community Bankers of Iowa, which they held until 2021.

Terry Nielsen obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mass Communications from Morningside University, which they attended from 1983 to 1986.
