Michiel Vandendriessche has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they co-founded Raccoons Group, a technology group specializing in innovation and disruptive technologies. Michiel also co-founded Oswald, a platform for building and maintaining intelligent chatbots. In 2016, they co-founded Craftworkz, where they served as an AI & data scientist, focusing on software and hardware prototyping. Prior to that, they co-founded Skola VOF in 2014, where they worked as a software engineer. Michiel also held roles as a drummer and vice president at ShyLips VZW from 2013 to 2016, and as a musical instruments salesman at Key Music Herentals from 2010 to 2016. Furthermore, they served as a keyboardist for Sisters Only & Band from 2014 to 2016.
Michiel Vandendriessche completed their education in various institutions. Michiel started their educational journey at the Hagelandse Academie voor Muziek en Woord in 2001, where they earned a degree known as H3 in Classical Piano in 2011. From 2005 to 2011, they attended the Sancta Maria Institute in Aarschot, where they pursued studies in Latin, exact sciences, and mathematics. Subsequently, Vandendriessche enrolled at KU Leuven in 2011 and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science in 2014. Michiel continued their academic pursuits at the same university and obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer Science from KU Leuven in 2016.
