Mike Coletti

Mike Coletti has a strong background in mechanical engineering and product development, with significant experience in design and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Design Engineer at Race Face Performance Products since July 2021, Mike previously worked as a Product Development Engineer at G3 Genuine Guide Gear from June 2014 to June 2021. Earlier in their career, Mike held positions as a Mechanical Engineering Student at both G3 Genuine Guide Gear and Selkirk College, where foundational skills in 3D modeling, tooling design, and technical drawing were developed. Mike's educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2014, and studies at Selkirk College from 2007 to 2010. Previous experience also includes a role as Floor Manager at Tribute Boardshop from October 2006 to September 2010.
