Toni Osoba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership. Currently serving as the Founder of Toni's Wine Club since October 2022, Toni holds a WSET Level 2 distinction. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Accenture from September 2016 to May 2024, where various roles spanned HR Lead for Client Accounts, Inclusion & Diversity Manager, HR Business Partner (Secondment), Talent Strategist, Talent Retention Lead, and Workforce Planning Project Lead. Additionally, Toni contributed as a School Governor at West Ham Church School from January 2016 to May 2018 and worked in HR Advisory & Account Management at CEB, now Gartner, from July 2013 to September 2016. Toni's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Kent, completed in September 2013.
