Jacqueline Bratz has extensive work experience in the field of public safety dispatch. Jacqueline began their career as a Dispatch Technician at the Racine County Sheriff's Office in February 2005. In January 2011, they were promoted to Assistant Director of the consolidated dispatch center, where they were responsible for dispatching police, fire, and EMS services for Racine County. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Director of the 911 Communications Center, a position they currently hold.
