Ninna Frank

Ninna Frank has extensive experience in the field of aging and disability services, currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) in Racine County since April 2009. In this role, Ninna Frank focuses on developing and implementing programs related to risk and safety issues, as well as prevention and early intervention strategies linked to public education and information assistance. Responsibilities also include supervising outreach, marketing, and Information and Assistance staff. Previously, from November 1995 to November 2006, Ninna Frank held the position of Director of Community Services at Lincoln Lutheran, where a caregiver program and Adult Day Services were managed to support caregivers and provide companionship opportunities for care recipients.
