Bruno Laffont

Bruno Laffont is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Since May 2017, Bruno has served as Counsel at Racine, focusing on corporate law and financial markets. Prior roles include Avocat collaborateur at Gide Loyrette Nouel from April 2014 to May 2017, where Bruno worked on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate law, and at Vivien & Associés from November 2008 to March 2014, also in corporate and M&A. Bruno began a corporate internship at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 2008 and had an earlier internship in tax at PDGB in 2005. Bruno holds a Doctorate in Law with a focus on comparative studies of professional collaboration and employment from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, and is pursuing a DJCE - DESS in Business Law from the same institution.
