Maud Bakouche

Maud Bakouche is an experienced lawyer specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments. Maud has served as an Avocat associée at Racine since January 2010, leading a team focused on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and fundraising initiatives in France and internationally. Prior to this role, Maud held the position of Avocat Counsel at Latham & Watkins from January 2003 to December 2010 and began their career as an Avocat collaboratrice at a business law firm in 2002, after starting as a Juriste. Maud holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from King's College London, a Maîtrise in Business Law from Paris-Sud University, and has completed linguistic training in English and Spanish at ISIT, focusing on international legal contexts.
