Penelope Gadd-Coster

Penelope Gadd-Coster is an experienced winemaking consultant and executive director of winemaking, currently serving as an independent contractor for Rack & Riddle Custom Wine Services since June 2007. Additionally, Penelope has been the winemaker at Breathless Wines since January 2011 and the owner/winemaker at Coral Mustang Wines, a producer specializing in the Tempranillo grape variety, since June 2005. Previous roles include sparkling winemaker at J Vineyards & Winery from July 1999 to June 2007 and enologist at Jordan Vineyard & Winery from July 1986 to June 1999, where responsibilities included overseeing lab operations and bottling processes. Penelope holds a BA in Microbiology and Botany from Sonoma State University, with education completed in 1998.
