Randolph Brodwin

Randolph Brodwin began their work experience in 1991 as an Associate Counsel at Itkowitz & Gottlieb, P.C. Randolph then moved on to Rappaport, Hertz, Cherson & Rosenthal, P.C. in 1993 where they held the same role until 1996. From 1996 to 2000, Brodwin worked at Continental Airlines, focusing on corporate real estate. Randolph was responsible for airport retail development, particularly in Newark International Airport and Continental's East Coast airports. In 2000, Brodwin joined Foot Locker, Inc. as a Real Estate Counsel before transitioning to roles as Corporate Counsel and later Vice President - Associate General Counsel. In 2022, they moved to Alimentation Couche-Tard / Circle K Stores, Inc. as the Vice President of Legal Affairs for the US. Currently, Brodwin is the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Rack Room Shoes, a position they have held since 2023.

Randolph Brodwin has a JD degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Randolph also holds a BA degree from the University at Albany, SUNY.
