Maria Steinhauer Krogh has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Maria is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Rackbeat. Maria Steinhauer Krogh has a diverse education history. Maria began their education at Jamison High School in Australia, where they earned their high school diploma. Afterwards, they attended Aarhus University in 2003, obtaining a B.Sc. Econ degree in Economy. Maria then pursued a Bachelor's degree at Copenhagen Business School from 2004 to 2007, majoring in Economy and Philosophy. Maria continued their education at the same institution, completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management / Personnel Administration from 2007 to 2009.
In 2015, Maria undertook an Executive Board Education program at PwC. Maria later attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2017 and 2018 for an Executive Education course in Passion In Leadership as part of the Leadership Talent Development Programme.
In addition to their formal education, Maria also holds several certifications. Maria obtained the PTP Certificering from People Test Systems A/S in June 2021. Maria acquired the MPA Personal Profile certification from Master Danmark A/S in 2017. Moreover, Maria became a Board Member of Georg Jensen A/S in May 2015 and completed the KP Explorer Personprofil test offered by Kjærulf & Partner in January 2013.
