Kevin Novak

Kevin Novak is a seasoned professional in venture capital and data science, currently serving as Managing Partner and Founder at Rackhouse Venture Capital since January 2021. With extensive experience as an advisor for various companies, including Standard Cognition and Curated, Novak has contributed as an Equity Partner at Data Collective and as an Angel Investor with a portfolio of over 50 companies through Jigsaw Venture Capital. Previous roles include CTO at Renegade Partners, Entrepreneur in Residence at Costanoa Ventures, and Chief Data Officer at Tala. Novak's tenure at Uber included positions as Head of Data & Engineering for Uber Freight and Head of Data Science Platform, where significant advancements in data-driven operations were made. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics with a minor in Math/Computer Science from Xavier University.
