Lasse Thorning Pedersen

Lasse Thorning Pedersen has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Lasse began their career as an Electro Technician in the Royal Danish Navy from 1985 to 1990. Lasse then worked as a Naval Officer on the Fast Patrol Boat - HDMS Suenson - "TorpedoMissilbåd" from 1997 to 1999, where they served as the Chief Engineer. Following this, Lasse joined the Royal Danish Navy - Admiral Danish Fleet in 1999 as a Naval Officer, specifically in the role of "Sagsbehandler IT/Kommunikation" (koncept administrator) until January 2000.

In 1999, Lasse co-founded Optimize Internet Solutions ApS and served as its Director until 2001. Lasse then joined Progressive IT A/S as a Sales Director from November 2001 to April 2005. During their time at Progressive IT A/S, Lasse was responsible for overseeing sales operations. From April 2005 to April 2006, they worked at Creuna Denmark A/S as a Market Manager, focusing on Business Process Management.

Lasse joined Centerplan A/S in April 2006 and served as the Head of IT until October 2008. Lasse'sresponsibilities included overseeing the IT department's operations. Simultaneously, in 2006, Lasse founded RackPeople ApS, where they held various management positions. Lasse served as the COB & Founder from January 2006 to February 2013, then transitioned to the role of CEO & Founder from October 2009 to September 2016. Lasse returned to the position of CEO & Founder in March 2013 at RackPeople ApS and continues to hold this role.

In 2010, Lasse joined Valeo as a MOB and remained in this position until October 2016. Likewise, at PetitLilo, they served as a MOB from August 2007 to December 2015. Overall, Lasse Thorning Pedersen has exhibited a strong entrepreneurial drive and extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles throughout their career.

Lasse Thorning Pedersen began their education in 1975 at Søndersøskolen, where they completed their primary and secondary education until 1984. Lasse then attended The Royal Danish Naval Academy from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology Management and Marine Engineering. Following this, Lasse pursued further education at The Royal Danish Naval Academy from 1995 to 1997, graduating with a degree in Naval Officer, specializing in Tech.
