Fabiola Marques-Aguilar is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer success, program management, and franchise ownership. Currently serving as Program Manager for Customer Success at Rackspace Technology since October 2018, Fabiola has established a high-performing team that consistently meets key performance metrics and successfully productized Opt+ for LATAM, achieving significant growth. Additionally, Fabiola is the Franchise Owner of Graze Craze, an innovative food company promoting the grazing trend. Previous roles include Enterprise Account Manager at Rackspace and Phone Bank Manager at Wells Fargo, where Fabiola excelled in managing large teams and driving performance. Fabiola holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Education from CESMAC and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from UFAL - Universidade Federal de Alagoas.
