Stacey Light Boebel is a seasoned professional in customer care with extensive experience at Rackspace, the leading managed cloud company. Since December 2014, Stacey has served as the Senior Manager of Customer Care, overseeing a support organization of over 100 individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional service to more than 4 million email and cloud collaboration customers. Prior to this role, Stacey held the position of Customer Care Manager from January 2012 to May 2014, where responsibilities included leading a technical support team in providing exemplary customer support.
