Jess Graham

Jess Graham currently serves as Principal at Banquet, where the focus is on supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs with brand and marketing strategies. Additionally, Jess acts as an advisor for several startups, including Stesso, a home improvement platform, and Brindle Boxer Kombucha, a BIPOC woman-owned brand. As an investor and advisor for Racquet, Jess supports a media brand centered on tennis culture. Previous experience includes roles as CMO at Hologram Sciences, General Manager for a menopause solution, and Global Head of Consumer Product Marketing at Instagram, where Jess led the launch of Reels. Education includes a BA in Sociology and Political Science from Smith College and a year abroad in Sociology at the University of Bristol.
