Kendra Eckert

Kendra Eckert is an experienced digital and communications leader with a strong background in enhancing customer engagement and delivering digital capabilities across organizations. Currently serving as General Manager of Digital Experience at RACV since December 2020, Kendra previously held roles at RMIT University as Assistant Director of Digital Delivery, where a comprehensive digital web channel strategy was developed. Extensive experience at IAG spanned various senior management positions, focusing on customer engagement, marketing communications, and channel integration. Earlier roles included managing corporate communications at CGU Insurance and content strategies at WorkSafe Victoria and the Department of Justice. Kendra's educational background includes a Master's in Editing and Communications from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts from Bates College, complemented by a residential program at the Melbourne Business School.
