Kirsty Hayes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Head of Motor Insurance & Roadside Products and Head of Home Insurance at RACV since January 2021, Kirsty has previously held roles as Senior Product Manager for Home Insurance Core Product and Sales and Product Manager at RACV Insurance from January 2007 to January 2021. Additionally, Kirsty contributed to IMA as Customer Proposition-Shelter for RACV from July 2018 to July 2019. Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology.
