Rowena Collings

Rowena Collings is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in front office management and guest services. Currently serving as Front Office Manager at RACV since October 2018, Rowena has led service initiatives that enhanced guest experience, achieving a GRI average above 93.1% and receiving notable accolades including the 2022 TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice for Top Hotel in Australia and a win at the 2019 ABIA Awards for 1st Night Honeymoon. Prior to this role, Rowena worked at Crown Resorts as a Hotel Duty Manager, contributing to the establishment's Forbes Five Star rating from 2017 to 2019. Rowena also gained valuable experience at Art Series Hotel Group in various managerial roles, as well as serving in operations at Saffire Freycinet and InterContinental Hotels Group. Rowena holds multiple degrees from the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, including a Bachelor of Business in International Hotel and Resort Management.
