Elisa Alonso has over 25 years of experience in sales operations and business analysis. Currently serving as Sales Operations Team Leader at RAD since September 2005, Elisa has held multiple roles within the company, contributing significantly to operational efficiency. Prior to RAD, Elisa worked at Panasonic for eight years as a Business Analyst and Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities included analyzing business requirements, developing system solutions, managing inventory, and overseeing customer satisfaction processes. Elisa holds two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Felician University and a College Prep degree from Queen of Peace H.S.
