Laura Scully

Laura Scully has extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as the Residential Sales and Operations Team Leader at Energia since April 2019, after holding roles as a Sales Support Executive and a Domestic Sales Support Administrator. Prior to Energia, Laura worked at eir Ireland (HCL Technologies) as a Workflow Manager, where responsibilities included serving as the primary contact between eir and the Communications Regulator and managing complaint resolutions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sales Support Administrator at eir Ireland/Firstsource and as a Deputy Team Leader and Telesales and Customer Services agent at eir Ireland, focusing on customer service excellence and team performance management.
